Water is heavy—so this hydration belt spreads the load. Four holsters each hold an eight ounce Podium Arc Bottle, a mini Camelbak Podium bottle with the same sweet high-flow mouthpiece we love in the standard size Podium bottle. Mini Podiums are shaped to fit your grip, and they slide easily into the belt bottle cages so you can hydrate on the move.
The belt holds a total of 32 ounces of water or your beverage of choice, and about 20 cubic inches of whatever else you need to bring along, like bars, keys and a cell phone.
