Cooking with GSI Outdoors: Mac & Cheese

Here’s a tasty one pot, stove top, creamy Macaroni & Cheese. For this unique recipe we’re using fresh Grated Cheese… we chose a blend of smoked cheddar with an aged asiago!

Try this one at home as well!

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 cup Milk
1 cup small Elbow Macaroni
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Dash of Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Grated Cheese
1/4 cup Chopped Italian Parsley
1/4 cup Bacon Bits
